Oh, Virginia, I love you and your crazy weather sometimes!!  A perfect fall session with warm colors AND a beach session in October??  After a week of rain??  Yes please!!

I’ve had the enormous pleasure of working with the Giometti family a few times in the past and I just love every time we can get together for photos!!  Our last sessions were family sessions and I got to see this awesome girl in action taking such great care of her younger sister and brother.  She’s is the big sister we all dream our kids will be!!  Emma is such a beauty inside and out!  After I got over the SHOCK that she’s a senior this year (I mean seriously how can that be??), I was so excited that we could get together to mark this super special time in her life.

We had such a great time at Fort Monroe!  The weather was so perfect!  I do love bright Springtime colors but oooohhhh these warm fall colors do get me!!  We got the best of both worlds when we were able to get a few sunset shots on the beach too!  As we were walking along the edge of the beach, we spotted a pod of dolphins splashing RIGHT behind the rocks!  I’ve never seen them this close!  They were jumping out and putting on a show for us for sure!  And can we talk about how gorgeous Emma is on the beach!?  She looks like a freaking mermaid, y’all!!!  I LOVE it!!!

Thanks so much for hanging out with me, Emma!!!  I wish you nothing but the best this year!!  I hope you have a fabulous senior year!  I can’t wait to see all of the awesome things in your future!!
